End-User License Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement covers the TLC Online App (“the Application”), a private internal tool operated by ThinkLove Courage. The Application is not distributed, sold, or offered to the public. The only authorised user is ThinkLove Courage and its designated personnel.

2. Licence

ThinkLove Courage retains all rights in the Application. No licence is granted to any third party. There are no end users other than the publisher.

3. What the Application does

The Application connects to the QuickBooks Online company belonging to ThinkLove Courage in order to:

• read financial records, including transactions, invoices, bills, contacts and reports;
• create and modify expense and invoice records;
• assign expense categories to transactions.

It performs these actions only on the QuickBooks company that has explicitly authorised it through Intuit’s OAuth flow.

4. Data handling

The Application runs on hardware controlled by ThinkLove Courage. Financial data retrieved from QuickBooks is processed locally and is not sold or shared with third parties, other than a language-model provider used solely to generate responses for the operator. That provider does not retain the data or use it for model training.

Access credentials are stored locally and are not transmitted to any party other than Intuit for authentication.

5. Disconnection

Authorisation may be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online, under Apps, or by contacting ThinkLove Courage. Revoking authorisation immediately ends the Application’s ability to read or modify the QuickBooks company. See how to disconnect.

6. No warranty

The Application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. ThinkLove Courage does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

The Application assists with bookkeeping. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, and its output is not a substitute for review by a qualified accountant.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkLove Courage is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
